Consultations and Travel Planning We offer complimentary introductory consultations to discuss travel preferences, destinations, budgets, and planning needs. Consultations are subject to availability. Following a consultation, clients may receive a personalized travel proposal outlining available services and package pricing. A consultation does not guarantee the availability or price of any particular travel service. 4. Package Pricing and Payments Clients receive a quoted package price based on their selected travel arrangements and included services. Payment instructions, amounts, and deadlines will be communicated before booking confirmation. Accepted payment methods may include Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and Cash App, as specified by 2 Boujee Pioneers. Payments received by 2 Boujee Pioneers are used to arrange and purchase the applicable travel services on the client's behalf. Prices and availability may change until reservations are confirmed. Any additional charges or changes to the agreed package price will be communicated to the client for approval before proceeding. 5. Package Inclusions and Exclusions Each client's confirmed itinerary or travel agreement identifies the services included in the package price. Depending on the package, inclusions may consist of transportation, accommodations, excursions, activities, and other coordinated travel experiences. Unless expressly included, personal meals, gratuities, shopping, optional purchases, and incidental expenses are the client's responsibility. 6. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds Cancellation, modification, and refund policies vary depending on the airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers involved. Clients should notify 2 Boujee Pioneers as soon as possible if they wish to cancel or modify their travel arrangements. Refund eligibility depends on the applicable booking terms, supplier policies, amounts already committed or paid, and applicable law. Any separate cancellation charges or nonrefundable amounts imposed by 2 Boujee Pioneers must be disclosed in the client's booking agreement before payment. 7. Traveler Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal and travel information, including names that match their passports and other required travel documents. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, and other required documentation for their destinations, unless specific assistance has been expressly agreed upon. Clients should review their confirmed itineraries and promptly report any inaccuracies. Travelers are also responsible for complying with applicable laws, entry requirements, and the rules of travel suppliers. 8. Third-Party Travel Suppliers and Liability 2 Boujee Pioneers coordinates travel arrangements with independent third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, transportation companies, and tour operators. These suppliers may have their own terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and operational requirements. While we strive to provide reliable planning and coordination, travel may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, and supplier changes. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law. Any additional limitations of liability should be addressed in the applicable client agreement and reviewed by qualified legal counsel. 9. Privacy and Personal Information To coordinate travel arrangements, 2 Boujee Pioneers may collect client contact information, passport details, travel preferences, and other information reasonably necessary to complete reservations. Information may be shared with relevant travel suppliers when necessary to arrange the services requested by the client. For more information, please review our Privacy Notice. 10.
